In a not-so-surprising move, Dan Morgan has called it quits from the NFL. Morgan, a former Panther, who the Saints signed this offseason, was having trouble coming back from Achilles surgery, which ultimately caused his retirement.
Wow, talk about what could have been. Morgan, when on the field, drew comparisons to his fellow UM alum Ray Lewis. He had the potential to be something special but just couldn’t stay healthy.
