Let the post-June 1st cuts commence!

One year after signing him to be their featured back, the Broncos have released RB Travis Henry.  When the Broncos bolstered their backfield, it was just a matter of time.

Apparently, Coach Shanahan’s decision was made up after Henry’s setbacks with hamstring surgery and his lack of dedication in Broncos camp. ESPN’s Bill Williamson thinks it would be a surprise if Henry ever played another down of football in the NFL.

For now, Selvin Young is now entrenched as the starter and Pittman’s stock rises.
