Odell Thurman suspended indefinitely

Now EX-Cincinnati Bengal LB Odell Thurman has been suspended indefinitely, or for a year, by the NFL for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy, the third straight season he will miss, according to the Dayton Daily News.

This isn’t the first time Thurman has been reprimanded by the NFL, however. Over the course of the last two seasons, commissioner Goodell has suspended Thurman for drunken driving and skipping a mandatory drug test.

What a waste of would-be talent. Thurman had all the tools necessary to be a good LB for the Bengals, but just couldn’t stay out of trouble. This might mark the end of his career.
