Specter claims Spygate is over

Could the never-ending saga that is Spygate finally be put to rest? Senator Arlen Specter thinks so.

The Philadelphia Senator hellbent on righting the injustices of the world says he is “too busy” to continue the investigation into Spygate, the Patriots famous cheating scandal that started week 1 of last season.

Specter met with former Pats video guy Matt Walsh after NFL Commish Roger Goodell did and promptly announced that he’ll be starting an independent investigation into Spygate.

After PracticeGate and OxyGate, the Patriots should be relatively relieved that there’s 1 scandal down, and 2 to go.
