Today, a judge declared a mistrial in the assault case of suspended Bengals WR Chris Henry, the AP reports. The jury was unable to reach an agreement on the verdict, so the next hearing is set for July 8th.

His latest arrest occured when he allegedly struck an 18 year old in the face. He’s suspended indefinitely by the league, and even with this mistrial, don’t expect to see him on the field until 2009.
