Even though free agent RB Najeh Davenport said that he was targeting the Cardinals and Lions as his next potential teams to sign with, the feeling isn’t mutual, at least from the Cardinals camp. According to the Arizona Republic, Cards GM Rod Graves sent a text message to the paper this morning saying the team has no interest in signing him.
On to Detroit, perhaps? Davenport should catch on somewhere, but probably not as a starter, so he might wait until a team suffers an injury at the position in training camp to make his move.
