Brett Favre has signed his letter of reinstatement and will send it into the league for approval, but that might not happen until Monday or Tuesday. Favre said he would welcome a trade, but wants more options that just the Bucs or Jets, the two teams that are most interested in him. Commish Goodell has said he’d play arbitrator to try and facilitate movement on the Favre front, so anything major would have to wait until next week now.
