On the heels of Tom Brady’s possible season-ending injury, it was reported by Al Michaels on Sunday Night Football that the Patriots would be bringing in free agent QB Chris Simms in for a physical tomorrow.
Wow, they don’t mess around, although this is a pretty clear indication that Brady’s injury is something very serious.
Other free-agent vet QBs include the newly retired Daunte Culpepper and Byron Leftwich. They could always pull Vinny T. off his couch again if need be.
