Joey Porter Won’t Face Charges

There wasn’t enough evidence for the DA to file charges against Joey Porter. Porter had been arrested for DUI, resisting arrest and slapping a deputy’s hand in a Bakersfield, CA Taco Bell last Friday. We all know there’s not much else to do in Bakersfield but drink, and Taco Bell is great drinking munchies… so Joey, stay the heck out of Bakersfield.
