in Arizona Cardinals

Though as of now the Raiders are the front-runners to land Donovan McNabb, he still has his preferences. First it was Minnesota, now it’s ‘Zona.

Per Jason Cole, of Yahoo! Sports, McNabb still wants to play with the Cardinals one day and even made his offseason home in Phoenix just in case that’s where the Eagles send him. Cole also states that Arizona inquired about a trade with Philadelphia before they signed Derek Anderson to backup starter Matt Leinart.

This, much like Minnesota, would definitely be a good landing spot for McNabb. A great receiver, a good receiver, two good running backs, and a solid offensive line. The only question is how will losing so many productive players (Boldin, Rolle, Dansby) affect them? If that doesn’t prove to be a problem, and McNabb ends up there, then the Cards should be the odds-on favorite to win the NFC West again.
