Lawyer Milloy will return for another year with Seattle, as the four-time Pro Bowl safety and the Seahawks have agreed to a one-year deal.
Milloy, 37, is obviously a shell of his former self; his 2009 production off of the bench speaks for itself (34 tackles, 2 passes defensed). He’ll likely be slated as third on the depth chart behind the 20-year old rookie Earl Thomas and incumbent strong safety Jordan Babineaux.
For his career, Milloy has 759 tackles, 17 sacks, 25 interceptions, and a ring.
