It was agreed to last week, but Adam “Pacman” Jones officially has a new city to make it rain call home, as he signed a two-year contract with the Bengals today. The terms of the deal aren’t available, but I’m assuming it’s heavily loaded with incentives.
Showing interest from the outset, the Bengals were probably the only team willing to gives Jones a shot. Because of his speed, Pacman will likely be penciled in as the team’s punt-returner and nickel corner.
That’s assuming Jones keeps his nose clean from now until the season starts — a tall task in his case.
