Mardy Gilyard
WLWT in Cincinnati is reporting that Rams rookie receiver Mardy Gilyard was robbed Monday night at gunpoint. The incident took place right off the University of Cincinnati campus.
Police say Gilyard was walking with presumably a friend, Terry Hobbs, when two men came up to them. One of those men was carrying a gun.
Reportedly, Gilyard, the St. Louis’ fourth-round pick in April’s draft, lost his $500 chain and $90, which were taken by the suspects. Hobbs also was robbed of a $500 chain, but lost $200. Neither Gilyard nor Hobbs was injured.
There have been no arrests as of yet.
