Andre Johnson

As it was all along, Andre Johnson sitting out on the start OTAs on Monday was much ado about nothing.

The NFL’s best wide receiver returned to the Texans organized team activities today, according to the team’s official web site. Johnson made it clear that he is not happy with his current deal, missing the first three workouts, but put aside those differences and joined his teammates on the field.

Because these activities are voluntary, Johnson won’t face any financial repercussion. The threat of an extended hold-out, which wouldn’t have happened anyway, is dead now.
