Chalk up another signed first-round draft choice; San Diego’s 12th overall pick.

The Chargers and running back Ryan Mathews have agreed to a five-year contract, reports ESPN. Financial terms of the deal haven’t been released yet.

Mathews, who has missed four practices thus far, is expected to be the team’s starter and should accumulate most of the carries, even with the electric Darren Sproles as his primary backup.

San Diego now has all of their draft selections under contract.
