Kenny Britt
The Nashville Tennessean is reporting that Titans receiver Kenny Britt was given a traffic citation last night for driving with a revoked license. The citation was a misdemeanor and Britt, originally stopped for a window tint violation, wasn’t arrested.
He’s due in court on August 27.
This isn’t the first time this offseason that Britt was pulled over for a traffic violation. In January, Britt was stopped and then arrested in Glen Ridge, New Jersey for having three outstanding traffic warrants.
Although last night’s situation shouldn’t cause him to be suspended by the league, it’s still not going to help him within the organization as last year’s first-round pick vies for a starting job.
