So SMGC got me thinking to making one, and I'll do it in similar style.
QB: Although he hasn't looked good this year, Vick is guaranteed his starting spot next year and Kafka will probably be bumped to #2. I don't see them bringing Young back, they'll probably get a veteran prescence to third string it and help develop Kafka so Reid can pimp him to another team like he's done with all his QBs
RB: Obviously McCoy is the man in Philly for years to come. I think Dion Lewis is kept as he hasn't really done anything to deserve getting cut and he has the McCoy connection to Pitt. I think Brown is gone after a poor year of backing up McCoy so far, no clue as to who they bring in. Schmitt stays at FB.
WR: I really have no idea what the Eagles are going to do with Jackson. Reid benching him last week shows that the Eagles feel that he's more expendable than DeSean thinks he is. If they keep him I think they stick w/ the Jackson/Maclin/Avant trio, cut their ties with Smith, get some competition for Cooper at the #4 WR spot since he's had a very down year. If they cut ties with Maclin, I can see them going after a big, physical WR to compliment him like Vincent Jackson, Dwayne Bowe, Plaxico Burress, or a guy like Mario Manningham who for some reason has received some local buzz as landing here if Jackson doesn't work out. Don't let the door hit you in the ass Steve Smith
TE: Don't see much going on here. Celek stays pat as starter and Harbor is a solid backup
OL: I actually don't see too much movement here either. Herremans, Peters, and Mathis all remain starters, and Watkins gets the full-time starting role at the other guard. They could bring in another center but DeVan hasn't done that bad of a job.
DL: Cole, Babin and Jenkins are all staying. Laws IMO has overstayed his welcome. I know Reid is big on Laws but I think this offseaosn is finally the offseason he hits the road as he just barely made the team this year. Patterson actually hasn't played that bad this year with another physical prescence next to him at tackle in Jenkins, but I can still see some competition brought in. I can see the Eagles not resigning Parker as he's pretty much become depth at this point and is aging and although he's gotten a lot of flack for his time here, I think his ride in Philly was a very good one. I think the Eagles try to finally move Graham in the rotation. Tapp could be gone. I wouldn't be surprised if Reid added more depth at DT in the draft and took a DT in the first
LB: Jesus, where to start? I actually think the Eagles keep the starters they have going now in Rolle/Chaney/Fokou but not necessarily all in the starters role as hopefully they bring in competition. I hope Matthews is cut next offseason but being related to Clay I doubt they give up on him that easily. Jordan and Clayton could be gone. This position is their biggest need but for some reason the Eagles will never add a LB in the first.
CB: The most overpaid position on this squad. Unfortunately I think the Eagles will deal Samuel this offseason as he's been vocal about the way this team is headed and has butted heads with the FO this entire year, and they were trying to possibly deal him even before this all went down. If this happens this would unfortunately push Rodgers-Cromartie in the #2 spot which could be a nightmare. He's been having an abysmal season thus far but I won't give up on him yet. Could see Hanson cut this offseason
S: A complete wash. I don't think Page is back as Reid tries to with the youth movement of Coleman/Jarrett/Allen and maybe adds another via free agency as I don't see Reid spending a high draft pick on safety 4 out of the last 5 drafts
ST: Henry sucks, but Reid will keep him. Despite that one awful game by Henery, he's actually been very solid regardless, even though it's painful to see Akers most likely making another Pro Bowl in San Fran.
Coaching: I kept saying what I felt Reid was going to do this offseason as I honestly don't think the Eagles FO cuts their ties with him despite how bad of a year he's had. He and the front office are really tight and I think it's going to take a 4-12, 5-11 season to get him out this year. Castillo will not be coaching the defense next year and it's hard to say what will be done with him because he's been here forever and has been a phenomenal OL coach but Mudd has done a great job this year, I wouldn't be surprised if some time signs him as their OL coach.

My $.02...
QB: They need to at least start thinking about the next QB. Vick is oft injured, and may not be good enough to carry them. He's here for next year and possibly 2013 depending on the way things shake out. They won't spend a 1st rounder on one, but they may take another mid-rounder and let him develop for 2 years. Kafka has that look of a career back-up to me.
RB: Brown will not be resigned. They'll probably bring in a vet for depth and go with McCoy and Lewis, who I think they like.
WR: They aren't letting Maclin go anywhere. He's the most complete WR on the team. Jackson will be signed at the right price, and that ain't top 5 money. If he's steadfast in his pursuit of elite money, he'll find it elsewhere. If that happens, they'll need to bring someone of pretty high level in to be a starter alongside Maclin. Avant is a great #3, imo. They'll keep Cooper, but he's not producing, so his spot isn't safe long-term. If they don't re-sign Jackson, I could see them extending Smith for on a one year deal and drafting an early-to-mid rounder for the long-haul.
TE: I personally think they need to bring in an athletic Graham, Gronk, Finely type. Celek is coming back on, but he isn't a match-up problem. They wanted Ingram to be that guy, but yearly injuries have kiboshed those planes. Harbor is a decent back-up.
Line: Kelce is the center, PP, not DeVan. He's done a nice job as a rookie. I think they either need get a RT or LG. I like Mathis, but he isn't a stand-out. If they signed a RT, they could move Herremans back to LG, where he is actually really good.
Dline: I agree that DT could be an area to upgrade. Jenkins has been great, and Patterson has benefited from that. However, both will not be around for ever and they could certainly upgrade over Patterson. Laws will be out and they'll go with Landri and Dixon as the primary back-ups. Parker will probably not be brought back. That will leave Babin, Tapp, Graham, and Cole. I'm sure they're anxious to see Graham back in full action. I think they'll role with that group.
LB: They need a SAM in the worst way. Fokou is a good special teamer, but nothing more. Rolle is growing on me, and I'd give him a shot to continue to grow into the starter. Chaney has been up and down. I certainly wouldn't be opposed to Keuchly as an early 2nd/late 1st pick, but I think SAM needs to be their primary focus in the off-season. I think Chaney and Rolle would both benefit from a real lineback beside them.
CB: I too think Samuel is gone. They'll trade him. DRC has struggled at times, especially giving up on plays. He's played decent coverage in moments, but he's really playing out of position, and I think they recognize that. He can't play in the slot. With out Samuel, he'll be on the outside, and I think you'll see him be much better as a full-time starter in his natural position. Rookie Curtis Marsh is a big physical guy who can play in the slot. I think he'll be much more natural there. They may look to add a vet for depth, but I think they'll like their options with Nnamdi, DRC, Marsh, Hanson +1.
S: Page has been deactivated for the past 2 weeks. He's all but gone as long as rookie Jarrett continues to improve. He hasn't wowed anyone, but he's not missing plays or tackles. Coleman is starting to play well again after the slow start. Allen seems to be an injury concern, but I don't invision them addressing safety as a high priority with 3 young players back there right now.
I think what really happened with this team is that they skipped the re-build everyone expected last year, and we're seeing it this year. Lots of new faces, both young and old. Lots of guys playing in new schemes and out-of-position at times. Plus a D coordinator who doesn't look very good. He needs to press on the outside and be aggressive attacking QBs. Instead he's trying to out-scheme the opposition and that doesn't play to the teams strengths. Throw in Vicks struggles and you've got the 3-6 team. This is what we should've seen last year.

Yeah, I don't know why I thought of DeVan, there's been so much offensive line movement this offseason/season. Looks like we're in agreement on a lot though.
