According to a report by USA Today, the NFL cancelled the 2008 Supplemental draft, originally scheduled for next week, due to a lack of interest. The memo was sent out to all 32 teams informing them of the announcement. 49ers GM confirmed it by reiterating that no one applied at the time of the deadline. [...]
